Each of the six 2BR / 2BA suites includes:
All six suites were completely gutted and rebuilt with consistent finishes — granite counters, travertine tile floors, tile showers, custom cabinetry, solid wood doors, stainless appliances, and high-end fixtures throughout. Two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, full living and dining, and a complete kitchen.

The interior courtyard is what makes Athena Ares feel like an estate instead of an apartment building — heated pool, hot tub, full outdoor kitchen, and ample lounging space. Open to all guests when you book any suite; entirely private when you book the whole property.

Whole estate buyout
When you book all six suites:
The whole property converts into one private compound. You and your group take over the courtyard, the parking lot, the outdoor kitchen — and a total of 12 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms across 6,564 square feet, sleeping up to 36 guests comfortably.

House rules
The short list.
None of these are surprises — they're the rules every responsible vacation rental has. They keep the property in shape for the next family.
Check-in / check-out
Check-in from 4:00 PM. Check-out by 11:00 AM. Self-check-in via keypad — instructions sent by email 48 hours before arrival.
No smoking indoors
Strictly no smoking or vaping inside any suite. Designated outdoor smoking area available.
Pets welcome (with notice)
Up to two well-behaved dogs per suite, with prior approval and a per-pet fee. Please clean up after them on the grounds.
Quiet hours
Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM out of respect for neighbors and other guests. Estate buyouts have more flexibility — ask us about events.
Events & weddings
Small gatherings are welcome with full estate buyouts. Larger events (weddings, vow renewals, milestone parties) require prior coordination and a small event fee. Tell us about your plans during inquiry.
Pool safety
No lifeguard on duty. Adults must supervise children at all times. No glass on the pool deck. Pool hours: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM.
Parking
Free on-site parking — typically two spaces per suite. Larger groups should let us know when booking so we can plan.
Damage & care
We trust our guests, but a refundable security deposit is held during your stay. Damage beyond ordinary wear is charged at cost.
